The design concept for this duplex apartment located on the 10th floor of a Jounieh high building was to be simple, minimal, clean, functional, sophisticated yet welcoming.
The owners had some strong visions that we needed to follow and fulfill to respect their way of living, mainly concerning the type of furniture and space use. Bright colors are dominants throughout the apartment while the floor was raised in selected areas to
emphasize on the breathtaking views from the apartment. Large porcelain tiles were laid to complete the beautiful reception space.
An intimate deal of attention was required for the furnishings to complete the demanding works, through a combination of dark and white leather looks and to achieve a unique warm & cosy effect.
